Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your interest in purchasing my artwork. I strive to provide my customers with high-quality artwork and exceptional customer service. Please read the refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. I do not offer refunds or returns for original artwork purchases. I take great care in packaging and shipping my artwork to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom Artwork/Commissions

All custom artwork/commissions are nonrefundable. Once a commission has been started, I cannot offer a refund. However, I want to ensure that you are happy with your commission and will work with you to make any necessary revisions to the artwork. I require a 50% deposit before starting the commission, and the remaining balance will be due upon completion of the artwork.

Cancellation of Custom Artwork/Commissions

If you need to cancel your custom artwork commission, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If I have already started working on your commission, the full amount will be due.

Shipping

I offer free shipping on all artwork purchases within the United States. Shipping times may vary depending on the artwork and your location. I will provide you with a tracking number once your artwork has shipped.
